This camera is such a pleasure to use. In freezing cold or searing heat -which we have a lot of in this area - it keeps cranking out the pictures. I also have a couple of digital cameras, but when I want a picture without having to deal with settings and other distractions, this is the camera I use. This camera is simple to use with predictable results. It's terrific for school craft projects, birthday parties, and ornaments. As an added bonus, kids love the magic of watching the picture develop from a plain black square right before their eyes. Customer Review: A pretty sweet camera

Yeah, Sweet camera. It was basically ready out of the box once I added the film. Everyobody thinks it's really cool. It's great to have the instant photos, so real and so tangible. Each picture is one of a kind.
This camera works great, but I noticed at night that the pictures are a little dark if the subject is more than 5-6 feet away, but for the price I think It's a pretty good deal.
Be aware that the film is expensive, it comes out to about a dollar a photo. Othewise it's Great!

The camera does what it is supposed to do--take photos. It is best when used close up and in bright(er) light. When using flash, the subject should be in "pretty good" light to begin with. This camera isn't for landscapes nor close-ups (such as flower blossoms).
